The SEAAdoc project was funded by a generous grant to the University of California, Irvine Libraries from the National Endowment for the Humanities. Project staff were based in the UCI Libraries, including the Department of Special Collections and Archives and the Southeast Asian Archive, and UCI’s Department of Asian American Studies.

SEAAdoc was implemented in close collaboration with staff of the California Digital Library and UC Berkeley’s Digital Publishing Group.
The initial release of SEAAdoc includes all work accomplished on the grant from the National Endowment for the Humanities. Additional material will be added over time as resources permit.
